Installation: 

1. Download the Mod from the here
2. Download Modloader from here
3. Extract both to your Desktop
4. Go to your .Minecraft folder (open Minecraft-> click on "Mods and Texturepacks" -> click on Open texture pack Folder )
5. go onto the bin folder -> open the minecraft.jar with winrar
6. delete the Meta-Inf Folder !
7. copy all Files from the mod loader into it, then the files from Balkons Weapon Mod
